Do I have a great spot for you! Tucked right in between Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palm is the beautiful Breach Inlet. This waterway is known for it's pretty picturesque views of the water (and the million dollar houses along the beach). The beach is the perfect spot for a Charleston Elopement!

As a wedding officiant, I love an elopement ceremony that is light, engaging and reflects the style of the couple. My aim is to have it feel more like a conversation, than something stuffy or very scripted. If you as the couple, decide to recite your own vows, I physically take a step back. This moment is about the two of you (not your wedding officiant)! Take your time, and enjoy the moment!
This happy couple choose a short and sweet elopement ceremony! The elopement photographer (Kerry Fotta) was able to capture the range of emotions. Some couples who elope are on the fence about whether to invest in a photographer for the ceremony. My advice, as a wedding officiant... IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT! Your wedding day / elopement day marks a new beginning to your relationship. I always recommend having beautiful photographs of the elopement ceremony!
