Charleston Wedding Styled Shoot & Vendor Showcase Holiday Celebration!
Charleston’s wedding community is coming together this December for a day designed to celebrate the creativity, talent, and businesses behind the city’s wedding industry.
On Monday, December 7, 2026, we’ll be hosting a Charleston Wedding Styled Shoot and Vendor Showcase at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant. The event will bring Charleston wedding professionals together for a full day of styled content, collaboration, networking, and a holiday-themed evening celebration.
The event is designed for wedding vendors, brides and grooms, and others interested in the Charleston wedding industry, with the evening showcase open to guests (wedding vendors, brides and grooms). RSVP with the link HERE.
A Full Day of Wedding Content, Collaboration & Connection
The day will begin with a styled shoot running approximately 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, featuring a variety of wedding-inspired scenes and opportunities for participating vendors to create professional content.
Planned scenes include:
Flatlays
Tablescapes
Bridal portraits
Couple portraits
Additional styled wedding content
Following the styled shoot, we'll transition into a VIP Mock Wedding Experience from approximately 3:00–4:00 PM.
A group of VIP guests will join us to act as wedding guests for ceremony-style photography and a cocktail-hour experience. This gives participating vendors another opportunity to bring their work to life and create authentic, event-based content.
The Evening Vendor Showcase & Networking Event
As the afternoon transitions into evening, the venue will become a holiday-themed wedding vendor showcase and networking party.
The evening is an opportunity to connect with the people who make Charleston weddings happen, from established businesses to newer entrepreneurs building their place in the local wedding community.
Guests will be able to meet participating vendors, explore their work, make new connections, and enjoy a festive evening together.
Vendor Participation Opportunities
There are two ways for businesses to participate in the showcase.
Showcase Vendors
Showcase Vendors are wedding-industry businesses whose primary purpose is to showcase their services, work, and expertise.
Marketplace Vendors
Marketplace Vendors are businesses that primarily offer products or tangible work for display and purchase. This may include jewelry, artwork, fashion, home goods, floral preservation, retail products, and similar offerings.

Interested in Sponsoring the Event?
Sponsorship partnerships are also available for businesses interested in connecting with the event audience.
Sponsorship partners will receive a table at the evening networking event and, as part of the sponsorship partnership, will receive the email list of event attendees following the event.
